Why would you say that? Literally makes no sense. Ah shucks, ring home surveillance camera video shows me killing 10 people in their own home, but they didn't ask me if I wanted to be recorded so you have to throw away the evidence!And as far as any videos since they would have been secretly taped without permission they would never see admission as evidence in any court.
I will grant you that in some jurisdictions you can get in trouble for recording people without their permission in some circumstances (I.E. where they have an expectation of privacy), but even that doesn't make the recording itself unusable unless it's an authority doing the recording, it just means the person who made the recording may get in trouble or be sued. So unless you think the US Government made these recordings, if found they can and should be used as evidence. The perps can go ahead and sue Epstein's estate for recording them afterwards.
