That this little child, this silly little elfin person, could have brought me so much happiness, joy, and love.

This baby - Nicholas -, who came into the world one year ago today, is the greatest joy I could ever know. He makes my heart full and causes me to smile whenever I think of him. He is smart, funny, energetic, and totally endearing. He has captivated my heart, and I can't imagine my life without this happy little bundle of energy.

Every moment has been amazing: the first smile, his first teeth, his first steps, and now his first words. It has been wonderful to be a witness to this baby boy's emergence into a little man-boy.

I love this baby like I could never have imagined, and I feel so blessed that he chose to let me be his momma and that he came to live with me and his wonderful father. I make it my promise to try to be the best mother that this precious child deserves. From the smile on this face, I'm off to a good start.

I have one that is going to be 1 on the 17th, She is not walking or talking!! It is amazing how quickly they grow... Happy Birthday cute little guy!!!

Hey BG, I can't believe its' been a year already! Has it been that long since he and Gage have been pals? Well, almost anyway. Enjoy every moment because it just goes by too fast!

Gage is Bubba's best friend. Gage's momma is Bubba's daycare provider, so the boys get to hang out together all the time. :alkies: <----just imagine that they are drinking from their baby bottles

Good idea on the savings bond. I took your advice and bought one today for him. It will go well with the one that was given to him last year by his Aunt to celebrate his birth.

What a cutie pie!


My kids get more money on birthdays and holidays than they need, so I make them take some out and either put it into a savings bond or their savings accounts. They each have a nice little nest egg saved. It does add up. :yay:
