I love white cats - is he deaf by chance? The one I had was. Although I *think* only about 1/3 are deaf?

My former feral appears to be deaf now. It doesn't change much except that I can't call her name and have her show up like she used to .....

The last white cat we had was a rescue named James. He had a severe mouth problem (vet suspicion was immune-related), and had to have all his teeth removed, and he STILL never got better. He had a poor quality of life and was on pain pills every day, so we had him put down.
