I think we have all agreed that pulling out of Navy Federal and going across to the turn lane so you can go norht without having to deal with that Batann Death March 1/10th of a mile south for the proper u-turn is a bonehead move.


But thats okay, all those folks look like paragons of traffic afety compared to the idiot I saw I think Sat AM in a brown SUV. This friken rocket scientist was going NB on 235. Now, I know, it's very time consuming to go all the way up to the Wawa-CVS intersection and pull a U-turn, that extra 1/2 mile is all of 45 seconds farther along, and if you have to wait for the light, another 40-80 seconds...., then going back south, hell you could spend maybe 2-3 minutes more going that way....

So this bozo decides his time is too precious for that....

He uses the u-turn lane that in this pic has the white car going NB in it, then cruises NB in the MOTHEREFFING SOUTHBOUND LANES all the way up to the Navy Federal driveway, which I'll assume he entered against the flow also, saving another 3 precious seconds......... I should drive a bike because I notice idiots and call out such behavior as idiotic? Hell, at least in my car, I have a very well designed steel safety cage aroundme just in case they get inside my bubble. I dont have driving "issues", I have issues with stupidity and driving in the wrong direction is one of the stupidest I can think of. I go north every day on 235 coming home from work. Anyone who lives here knows that the base lets out starting at 2:30 PM. What kills me is those who will sit at the above stated U-turn in front of NFCU and wait to cut someone off.. there is a light just 2/10th of a mile further down the road to make a safe U-turn. Attempting to get 3 lanes of traffic (4 if you count the idiots using the right turn lane) to stop all at once to let you in is just asking for trouble.
