Why gun laws/CCW works everywhere but here...

Received this today from my hubby and thought that it was interesting considering the topic.

Subject: Something to consider


There has been an average of 160,000 troops in IRAQ during the last 22 months, which calculates to a firearm death rate of 60 per 100,000.

The firearm death rate for Washington D.C. is 80.6 per 100,000.

That means that you are 25% more likely to be shot and killed in our Nation's Capitol, which has some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation, than you are in Iraq.

*Conclusion*: We should immediately pull out of Washington, D.C.

That is not even mentioning PG county or Baltimore. Anyone else see a correlation here, the tighter the gun control laws in an area the more violent crime occurs? the list goes on and on.... MD, DC, NY, CA

Giving "gray" karma

Can't figure why I got gray karma for this thread.

It goes to show how many gun-grabbers out there don't know what they're talking about. I said it a million times, and it's backed up by the figures to prove it; allowing concealed carry saves lives and proves to protect would-be victims. Penn and Teller had gun control as a topic on their show a week or so ago and they went into detail how gun control doesn't work.

So for the idiot who left gray feedback...
