Wii repairs?

Hi! A friend's son accidentally put two discs in our Wii at the same time. Now it won't play. Anyone know where we can get it repaired?

I would order a tri-wing driver and do it myself. But if thats not an option, I would take it to Play-N-Trade in Prince Frederick.

I suspect a repair at PNT would cost half that, and you have your machine, not a refurb.

Wouldn't the fact that it is repaired by PNT mean that it is refurbished? Well, maybe not since PNT probably won't do as much as Nintendo will do during a refurbishment.

Right, but if it costs half the amount, I would be okay with that. And I'm not sure I would trust Gamestop to have actually had the job done by Nintendo.

I would think they get traded in, tested, cleaned and polished.

I've bought several "refurb" items from TigerDirect, never had a problem with any of them
