He had a good vacation but he was just as happy to see me as I was to see him....We had a lovely couple of days before he had to go back to work this a.m.

Maybe, but you cant simply split it up. A good lawyer could get them off easily if they tried to do that. The only way to get any sort of conviction would be to only charge them with simple posession. IMO.
