Didnt those look good!?!?!? Everything else was just ehhh, but those mushrooms looked yummy :yum:

Ok so then the retard at the liquor store who told me to get Marsala is trying to sabotage my recipe then :mad:

I wonder if they will let me exchange it :tap:

Keep the marsala and make chicken or veal marsala. :yay:

grab a bottle of yellow tail moscato..even the craziest wine hater has to love moscato..lol.

I'm normally more of a beer drinker but I love a nice bottle of Moscato.

I just read the recipe for these mushrooms and I'm definitely gonna try making them. Mushrooms are one of the few veggies hubby will eat and these look ridiculously good. If I was to use thick sliced mushrooms instead of buttons, would they cook down to nothing?

I think they would. The size of the mushrooms she first started out w/ were pretty big...and when you see them after cooking for 9 hours they were like half the sixe.

I was thinking about substituting baby portabello mushrooms :yum:
