Considering

Ok...considering the weather in the last week....over 2.5 inches of rain...no wonder. As a commercial landscaper and excavators daughter, I learned that the water containment devices are for normal rainfall....this was not normal.

There are thunderstorms, tropical depressions and northeasters here. It should be no surprise to anyone that we do have heavy rains on occasion but that is no excuse to allow this kind of environmental destruction. Sod or mats could be used to hold the soil in place. Instead of clearing large areas, Curtis homes could clear small areas, stabilize them and move to the next area but that’s a little more expensive. As you can see in the pictures, the regulations are woefully inadequate.
