During the work week I have whatever is easier to pack on the run, during the weekends though...it's usually cold cereal  Occasionally we cook pancakes, but that would require extra thought and effort to actually cook :gasp:

And is espresso considered coffee, or gasoline??

OK, I voted but....

You left off Eggs. Fried (over easy, sunny side up, over hard), scrambled, hard boiled, soft boiled, poached, eggs benedict or an omelette.

Scrapple gives life, even if it is hogs lips and *******s all mixed together.

What about Grits?

And ALL Italian food is considered breakfast food. Pizza, Lasagna, Spaghetti, stuffed shells, sausage and peppers, all of it.

But....it is your poll.

Routinely Derailed
But LARRY

What about:

Stromboli vs. Calzone
Baked Ziti vs. Stuffed Shells
Ravioli vs. Lasagna
Salami vs. Pastrami
Provolone vs. Mozzarella
Parmesan vs. Romano

At least you could have had:

Sicilian vs. Neapolitan
Fettucini vs. Linguine
Parmagiana vs. Scallopini

And now, having offended the IOIBB (International Organization of Italians for Better Breakfasts), you have drawn attention to the fact that you have, through your sins of omission, also offended the AACEFA (All American Chicken and Egg Farmers Association).

I mean you could at last have included:

Poached vs. hard-boiled
Scrambled vs. Fried
Omelotte vs. Scrambled
Sunny-side-up vs. Over

tsk, tsk. What an offensive poll!!! tsk, tsk.

I take it that it is assumed that there will be a mess of eggs (over medium versus any other way) going along with this breakfast, right? Just thinking about it hardened my arteries a little.
