Obvious to a pedophile or some other pervert that would even think of putting that on your kid.

1. I wouldn't put that on my kid.

2. You don't have to be a pedophile or a pervert to crack a joke about pedophile priests being in the news.

3. I think a shirt saying "I wish he would've made her swallow instead of allowing that crazy b**** to be my mom" would be worse. (tempting, but I wouldn't do this either).

Because it's funny. I don't have any kids, but I'd put it on mine. I wouldn't take the kid to target in it, but I'd put it on him, just to take a picture.
