Really? I've never seen a KKK member in my life except for on TV. For all I know, it's a media creation.POOH said:There are more of them around then you think YES even here in Southern MD.
I would think the phrase "We hate ######" in their charter would be defacto proof.vraiblonde said:Really? I've never seen a KKK member in my life except for on TV. For all I know, it's a media creation.
You'd think there would be an exemption for hate groups. Free speech is all well and good, but they shouldn't be allowed to advertise on a public highway, which is what those litter sponsorships amount to. But I suppose then we'll want to have some retarded "national debate" on what constitutes a "hate group".
(Ouch! I've been doing that a lot today. Elaine, grab my eyeball, would ya? I think it flew under your chair.)

Figures. They should have made a referendum disallowing hate groups from participating in the Adopt-A-Highway program, then put it to a vote. The People speak, and that's the end of that nonsense.ski357 said:AA county just dropped the whole adopt-a-highway program rather than let the Klan join.
