My latest binge is The Practice, which was on the air in the late 90s. It's interesting how pop culture has been pushing a pro-criminal agenda for so long in pretty much everything. The lawyers are defense attorneys, so the criminals always prevail even in the most heinous crimes. Guy on death row is innocent but gets gassed anyway. Gang guy who beat another guy to death is not guilty because society made him be in a gang. Prosecutors are heartless and cheat. Defense lawyers go on these long monologues about how noble they are, wanting justice for all. Victims are all but forgotten.
We've been so hammered with this message for so long it's surprising there are any conservatives at all in America.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's against the law to discriminate on the basis of race, especially when it comes to criminal justice.
