WTAF is going on with Breezeline?

Ok so I try to pay my personal Breezeline bill online just now. Log onto my account and it is showing a balance due of $3.34 more than my mailed statement. WTF? The payment isn't late. Guess I will spend 73¢ on a stamp and mail it in. It really shouldn't be this difficult folks.

Conduct an experiment. Send your next payment certified mail at the normal time you send payments and see when your check clears. If payment is still delayed after seeing it received before the due date, you've got them. Then call them and tell them you have evidence of fraud on their behalf and ask how they would like to proceed.
