See, Merlin, used to be, community disapproval would tend to self regulate such behavior, but that stopped being a factor long ago. So, are you saying that such behavior is okay, and you would be okay with this happening next to your house?

So your neighbors can engage in any behavior they wish, as long as it legal, no matter how annoying? See, thats the problem. Years ago, folks would hesitate to engage in such antisocial behavior, but standards of acceptable conduct have become so faded, that people feel they are okay engaging in such.

If you want to do things on your property that would violate the standards of being a good nieghbor, then its incumbent upon you to buy enough land so you dont. In my opinion, anyway.

The people down the road 3 houses were having a yard sale one day i was mowing grass, next thing i know there was 3-4 people in my garage going through my stuff asking me how much for...... Makes me wish i had a box of old used sex toys out there.
