I'm really glad they caught this. It is dangerous to be able to map every guard station and building on a base. Good for them for making an effort to stop it. :clap:

and you think this is going to stop terrorists ....... it does not stop Google Earth, Only the panoramic views that Google people were shooting on the ground ........

well the Pentagon had better take a close look @ all the contracted grounds keepers and other "Invisible" contracted personal that are on bases everyday ...... If I am not mistaken, wasn't their one or more illegals found on US Military Bases last yr doing Landscaping ......

Dude, I didn't say it would stop the terrorists. Every single effort made to keep our home bases safe is great, in my opinion. Sorry you don't think the same.

Yeah I guess you right ...... seems a little feel good IMHO, Oh looked we Improved Base Security by blocking out Google ..... but we have not properly vetted the 250 Landscapers that are running around the base all day long ........

sure some terrorist can't just browse Google for Pictures now..... but IMHO you will have two potential kinds of Operations againist a base the Homicide Bomber that is going to crash the front gate and blow himself u or the cell that is going to do a bit more background work, by slipping in personal and driving around a bit doing a recon paying for information .... then strike

sure it sounds great we blocked Google ......... it is like putting up a border fence and not adding border patrol personal to watch it ........
