Not surprised if what you heard is true about Royal Farms. County maybe just taking their time with permits. Or is Royal Farms slow in moving along with construction. Now that Sheetz has been approved, I bet they are up and running before the RF, they already have prepared the land there and the owner of the land is a born and raised St. Mary's person not a outsider. Maybe the permit process will move along faster. As for the Steakhouse, its suppose to used to sell produce while the new Farmers Market is built. I heard the vendors at the market have until March 31st to pack up and leave.
