Well, besides that being a fatally flawed comparison, Trump's lawyer "writing that tweet" is misconstrued. Trump's lawyer "crafted the statement (tweet)" and Trump actually posted it. It's not unusual for lawyers to craft legal statements for their clients to deliver. You can jump up and down and pretend that this is some huge scandal, but that's only because you enjoy jumping up and down. Pretty much every word you ever heard out of Obama came from someone else - he just delivered it. I don't recall you ever getting jacked up about it.
There has never been any allegation of Trump's lawyer hacking his account and posting something without his knowledge or permission. I'm not even sure where you got that idea from.
