Low-Carb Pasta

I've checked most of my local grocery stores and have yet to come across this stuff. :shrug:

Enjoy it! Makes some french toast with it in the morning or something!


(I tried to make a streusel top for it but I guess since it had to cook so long that the topping just went everywhere)

I was wondering if it had a topping because the top was kind of crunchy. It's delicious anyway and made a nice snack for breakfast this morning.

I finally found this recently (the Dreamfield pasta), and decided to make some for lunch with some sauce. I gotta say, if you didn't tell me it was a sort of "diet" pasta, I'd have never known ... especially with my sauce on it.
