Stop stopping for the kids. Put a brush gaurd on the front of your vehicle and just go. If the parents aren't watching the rats and letting them roam free in the road, luck is the only way they've survived this long. Do society a favor and chlorinate the gene pool.
i was going to suggest this earlier...
then i thought it might be percieved as mean...
so i was going to suggest the same thing only instead of running over the kids, you could instead just go off the road a little bit on the side where the mothers stand
(and by a little bit i mean enough to rid the world of their stupidity lol)
