I don't really know what to call it because I just made it as I went, but I'll go with shrimp marina fettuccine. It turned out delicious.

Pretty good. It's nice and fatty but not as good as a true fat cap. They had it on sale at Publix so I figured what the heck.

Yeah, it’s one of my favorite cuts.

Seared on both sides, tossed in the crockpot for a few hours with some Lipton onion soup mix, later adding onions, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and celery.
