541 Students Earn Degrees or Certificates The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) honored 541 candidates for 547 degrees and 250 certificates during its 20th Winter Commencement Jan. 17 at the La Plata Campus. Last year, the Key Club at Henry E. Lackey High School only had two members. Although the two students made an impact, Principal Kathy Perriello knew there were others who liked to give back to the community but just did not know how to get involved.
