I've got some of those in the oven right now! Baking with a dry rub on low, then will add bbq sauce and put them under the broiler or on the grill to crisp them up a bit.

Shrimp linguine tonight.

Getting ready to put the crust on my chicken pot pie and stick it in the oven.

Chicken roasted with carrots, celery and onion, mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy, and homemade bread.

I don't like catfish either, but husband does! It's always hard to give restaurant reviews..don't know if it was a bad day, just different tastes, etc...
