If this was true, it would have gotten media attention, because of the harsh punishment.
I wonder is this like the guys that go out and do drive by shootings then there momma's get on tv and say "But he is such a good boy he would never do nothin wrong." And then people like AL Sharpton get envolved blow everything way outta hand.

The first thing the media says when it's a black person killed is racially motivated. NEVER have I heard them say the same about a black person killing a white person.
If I shot a black person, no matter what the circumstances, you best believe I'd be painted as racist by the media. If a black person shot me, excuses would be made.
I've seen these #######s in the media (particually FOX5, WUSA-TV and CNN) do this crap on more than one occassion. Remmember the NYPD Nightclub shooting. Here's a refresher:
Black man runs over undercover cop. Racist cop shoots him 50 times. Turns out cop was black, but it was still racially motivated according to the media and to Mr. Sharpton.
So because Paris, TX has a racial problem, that means ALL OF AMERICA has one? Since when does one tiny burg represent a whole country?
Certainly the girl's lawyer appealed this sentence. I'd be interested in the outcome of that.

The man was killed on his wedding day, whether he was red white or purple SOMEONE would've felt compassion with that. He did not run over anybody...they thought he had a gun and blew his ass up with bullet holes
I'm really dont have the energy to go back and forth with some of you....its the same thing everytime I post a thread which clearly shows the injustice in this country when it comes to black people.

How right you are! I was raised in a non predudiced family. My best friend in high school was Phillipino. One of my best friends in the Military was from Guyana. My brother is married to a wonderful woman from Nicuaraga. My son is married to a Janapeze woman. I have two friends who are black. One of them can be a pain in the butt sometimes but they are both really cool people. I would do anything for these guys or their families.
I can't stand the media. They do paint Law Enforecment as a bunch of racists. They are part of the problem and not part of the solution. Then you have Jesse Jackson and Al Sharton, NAACP, ACLU, etc. All of these are not helping.
There is definitely more to this news story than we are hearing her in this forum. If you believe what you are reading about this poor little child getting years in prison for shoving someone because she was black, then you are not very smart. It should be obvious what the media is trying to do here. It doesn't make sense to anyone and there is a reason for that.
I truely beleive that most black people are wonderful, normal, hardworking people. I beleive that our problem in this country has to do more with class than race. There are many white people, hispanics, etc that treated poorly and can't seem to get ahead too but all we hear about are the poor black people and how it is everyone's fault. Wake up, if you want to get more out of life, work for it. No one owes you anything!
It's really getting old. I hope society sees this soon and quits listening to the liberal lazy crazy stupid screwed up cry babbies. It's really sickening.
