Why is it when one person is accused of doing something illegal, that there are people in our society who question decisions by the victim which would be perfectly legal! There is no crime against being out in the early hours of the morning!

And also if "early morning hours" do they mean 3 am?

I think it has to do more with questioning parental involvement. If you set the leash free and let kids run at will, they will and it is trouble just waiting in the winds so to speak. I think it is a valid question. You have to wonder if she sneaked over there or was spending the night with his sister, if he even has a sister.

Whatever happened to the curfew, our parents set on our time away from home? Like, make sure you're home at a certain hour?

nobody said anything about sleep overs, visiting friends (to late for making visits anyhow) .... etc :confused:

Maybe Justin is on the offender list and he's just standing up for a fellow rapist. :shrug: Who in their right mind would think that any of the comments are too harsh? I'm sure this guy's stay in jail will be a most pleasant experience for him.

True, I blame the little girls parents for allowing a 12 year old girl to be out all hours of the night. The state will be wasteing time to try him as an adult as well if he was a year older it would fly or if he is black and the little girl is white it may work.

Just an observation.....Some of the people who are willing to castrate, drag, gang rape, decapitate, kill this 16 year old for what he did are the same ones who defended the 19 year old cop killer. They didn't seem to think the 19 year old deserved to die the way he did. Poor baby. Why should the 16 year old? To me, both should be terminated ASAP but it's just bizarre how the liberal mind works.

If this 16 year old turned up dead in jail, would you be upset?
