I'd be interested to see how your restoration goes. I've got a '46 Dodge Dually w dump bed waiting for me to obtain a garage big enough to restore it.

Lots of info out there on the old powerwagons, and lots of parts available to if you check the military parts traders.

I am about to start a project restoring a 1949 and 1950 Dodge Pickup. The reason for this is you see chevy and ford but not much Dodges' on the road.
I was wondering if anyone has any advice or websites to look for ideas. this will be a major job for me. so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you seriously ready to give up 3-5 yrs of weekends and holidays (shorter if you really bust rump) and a pile of cash .... is your Wife / GF onboard with this ? When i was stationed @ Fort Carson 85-87 i knew this guy in my outfit ( 1/12 Inf ) who drove his 40 something Dodge Flat I6 to work 12 miles everyday ..... didn't Stacy formerly of Trucks work on a Dodge ? Yellow ??

:blahblah:

I own a 1967 Jeepster Commando runs is drivable standard jeep issued rusted out rocker panels, floor boards

- i know from reading the American Jeepster Board once they come apart it is at least 3 yrs till back together and running around the yard again ....

Well I am ready to sell my 55 I think. Trash truck hit it, the door is pretty banged up. I have an estimate of 1,500. If I get the guy to pay me I think I'll be selling my car for 2,000, just to get back what I have in it. After he hit it I just don't want it anymore, and it's just a door, I have a good one on my parts car.
