This thread is retarded. Fact of the matter is no one was there and no one knows what happened. Sure the student says it was free time, but what if the teacher instructed the class to quietly study? In that case, yes the teacher had the right to tell her to put it away. Then again, the teacher may have just not liked this student. No one was there so no one can say or argue with any clarity who was right or wrong.
This thread is discussing teaching homosexuality.

Intolerance. Right! Let's be tolerant of everyone. Tolerate Rapists, Pedophiles, Murderers and the person who beats you up every day at school to take your lunch money. Damn gays!
