2-ingredient Ice Cream Bread!

Grilled apples are wonderful. I've pretty much tried to grill everything and you can never go wrong with fruit.

The bunch of bananas I just bought had a sticker on them that said "Grill". Have you tried them? I'm not quite sure if I'm up for that yet.

Best grilled fruit? Definitely pineapple slices, marinated in a bit of soy sauce and sprinkled (sparingly) with red pepper flakes. HEAVEN!!!

Maybe he'd like these sandwiches! (Personally, I think giving the apples a quick grill might be worth trying, too.

Yes, and they're delicious. The first time I peeled them first - what a mess that was Slice them in half lengthwise still in the peel, drizzle with melted coconut oil and sprinkle with salt, grill them cut side down for a couple minutes on a grill that's been heated HOT so you can get grill marks in the 2 minutes they'll be on there, flip and grill on the peel side for a few more minutes.

The recipe I had said to serve them over ice cream or in pudding, but they didn't make it that far.

I grilled an orange and it freakin exploded.. Same thing when I tried to grill an egg. Next time I will fry the egg on the grill..

My daughter absolutely loved the one I made. She wants me to get red velvet ice cream next time. I was thinking cookies n cream.

I bought two pounds of flour. or whatever the bags are. Two bags.


I am going to go browse the ice cream aisle tonight so I can make lots of breads.
