Rode home from Prince Frederic today in the rain, this bike works quit well in the rain and my riding gear does too. Got a little damp around one wrist.

I don't go out in the rain. The last thing I wanted to do was have you guys meet me for the first time with hat hair. That just ain't happening. Did go out on the bike today when the sun came out. I went on the BIG road for quite some time. Hung a u-turn, and I can't do that very well, went up to Hollywood, came home cause I was hot and thirsty. Maybe 15 miles on real roads? Got the little Rebel up to 60+....Hubby says I am okay to ride it to work, but not until it's a bit warmer......Potato salad was yummy tonight.

Um, it was overcast this a.m. so I wasn't taking the bike out. I just sat home waiting for the sun to come out. Was sure it would be out by 11:00 and then just waited and waited. I should have just headed over there this a.m., but truth be told, I had NO appetite this a.m. My head felt like it was in a vice from allergies. Took the meds early for the allergies and then had the shakes from them. How was brunch? How many people? Who was on the front page of the paper today, the Southern Maryland extra?

Brunch was great! They make an awesome french dip, and the company was great. More than 30 people, including kids. Check your PM'er for the local celebrity.
