350 Men, Women, and Children held hostage in Russia! Putin forced to negotiate.

Terrorists conduct crimes against humanity and it should be globally accepted that when dealing with terrorists they have forfeited any civil rights a normal person would be entitled to and they can be tortured, shot on the spot, skinned, or whatever seems appropriate for the situation. It's time to take the gloves off and give as we receive.

Test run...

Because of access, the Moslem fanatics ran this hostage-event fairly close to their home base, with some distant financing, in an area with light vigilence and knowing that the Russians have a sluggish response rate. This op was a test...I can imagine the results will be carefully considered when Al Qaeda pools resources and may try an attempt in an American ally or even here.

Americans will predictably call for negotiation...calm,...gestures or dialogue when all they want are dead American kids--

How secure are schools in suburban America? NO weapons to defend students or teachers allowed.--just like a domestic flight three years ago.

That's a scary thought.

I totally agree with that statement. I truly believe that our legal system and our "melting pot of many" attitude is our own worst enemy. I would totally support execution for anyone involved in any terrorist activity. The hell with these peoples rights, if they engage in any terrorist activity, all rights should be forfeited and they should be immediate executed.

I have heard people say well Russia decided not to stand with America on the fight against terrorism, now look what happened. The video footage is horrible and breaks my heart to watch, and I just cannot for the life of me understand how they recruit people for such missions. Everyone knew this wasn’t going to turn out well at all from the jump. There was over 800 people held hostage, not 350 as originally thought, and from what I understand, 150 of them died including 20 terrorist. How horrible and each an every time anyone THINKS we should be sensitive on dealing with terrorists, they should look at that video and see the pain and suffering and remember it is only a glimpse of what they really endured.

Last I heard the death toll exceeded 340. But there could have been more if nothing was done.

I just heard that too. I was going on what I heard yesterday. Horrible, the death toll more than doubled since yesterday's report.
