A little help please?

I have had enough with Verizon....NO MORE....I read in here a while ago about another phone company.....I tried to do a search and no luck...

Does anyone know what I am talking about and if so can you please point me in the right direction?

Remember one thing about cell phone subcribing.If you go cheap-ya get cheap and that could trickle down to your service support also.

That is through the internet? Maybe...but I thin the service they wre talking about was a regular phone line something like free america or america something.....

Verizon is the best you're going to get. Cingular sucks, and NextHell is the worst. Stick with Verizon.

I think he's talking about land line.

Verizon Wireless is great - it's a pain in the arse to go through customer service for anything but their wireless coverage is excellent. AT&T sucks, and Sprint (Nextel) is just downright terrible.

Grab a phone book (Verizon Yellow Pages) and it should be in the front area of the book in the Customer Info Guide under Local Telephone Companies. The book I'm looking at shows 15 companies with contact information.

shoot, i still have a corded phone in my house!


As for Verizon andy, I dont know where people get that their customer service sucks, they have always been friendly and helpful, and have even lowered my bill before when I "wasn't aware" of certain overage charges.
