I watched this as it came in this evening, the reporter noted how many inmates are ahead of him to get whacked. It seems that unless he lives to be 137, he will most likely live out his years on death row. Sadly, I also understand that it costs more $$ to keep a person on death row than incarcerated with a life sentence.Which is a waste as far as I am concerned. He will have less "bubbas" to rape him in the azz as well. Too bad.
This would be the one of those rare cases in which I would appreciate Texas, and the catch 'em ,convict 'em, kill 'em reputation the have. I hear they fry more felons a year than, Burger King flame broils burger patties.

Prison to Easy
If I were King for a day I would take all the money put into prisons and build an inescapable calaboose. Vis-a-vis "Escape from New York" if you commit a crime with a weapon or injure someone in the commision of a crime and are found guilty you are banned from society FOREVER, bye-bye don't want to see you again. No second chance, no bunk, hot meals, showers, visits from family, mail etc. You are removed from society with no chance to return. Now that my friends would be a determent. No appeals your gone!! Criminals today don't care because they know the will be back. People would think twice before going to the local 7-11 with a gun or in Peterson's case killing his wife and unborn child. Jurors would not need to debate life or death, load um on a helicopter take them to the forbiden land and push them out. Think of the money saved. Now for the other low life criminals they would get one second chance, they would pay restitution for their crime. F-up again you can join your pals out in never land. Hurt a or molest a child, comit a rape bye-bye. This society is to easy on crime that is why it is rampant, the penalties are to light.
