We have decided we will accept donations from anyone who chooses to donate. The critters need care. We are going on a campaign to save at least one critter per month from the shelter that is on death row. We will advertise the various death row critters everywhere we can and we will pull any that have an offer of a foster home or an adoptive home. That way we are doing what similar rescues do, only pulling and vetting those that have a commitment for a place to go. That way we avoid "warehousing" critters for extended periods of time.
We accept critters that would otherwise be going to she shelter, and we get critters from death row at the shelters, any way we do it we are saving lives. If everyone could see the faces of the sweet dogs and cats that are killed every week ...... I have no clue how the people who actually put them down must feel with a purring cat or a wagging tail of a dog looking into their eyes, that has to be the hardest job!
We need money to to maintain the foster critters and to help more critters. If you are open to fostering, please contact us for the details on how you can help a critter avoid death due to homelessness, while being able to tax deduct your expenses.

Well the adoption fell through so they are ALL available - at least now they've been vetted, even if just minimally. My next step will be to socialize them with other kitties because most people who adopt cats, already have 1 or more. It's vital that these kitties be adaptable, so they have the best chance of working out. I am honestly surprised that they all get along so well when in groups. I've heard horror stories about someone having a cat and trying to bring in another kitty and it went really bad.
Why does Multigrain Baguette always have to mean ... almost impossible to chew with your mouth closed? Oh take a smaller bite? okay ....
