California trans child molester Hannah Tubbs gloats over light sentence in jailhouse phone calls​

EXCLUSIVE: Explicit Los Angeles jailhouse recordings of Hannah Tubbs, the 26-year-old trans child molester who received a slap on the wrist last month after pleading guilty to molesting a 10-year-old in 2014, depict her admitting it was wrong to attack a little girl but gloating over the light punishment.

She boasted that nothing would happen to her after she pleaded guilty due to Democrat District Attorney George Gascon's policies and laughed that she won't have to go back to prison or register as a sex offender. She also made explicit remarks about the victim that are unfit to print.

"I’m gonna plead out to it, plead guilty," Tubbs says in one recording. "They’re gonna stick me on probation, and it’s gonna be dropped, it’s gonna be done, I won’t have to register, won’t have to do nothing."

"Specifically, we learned a lot from the Hannah Tubbs case about the need for a policy safety valve," [Soros bought-and-paid for DA] Gascon said.

He also admitted that Tubbs went on after the 2014 attack to commit other offenses – including one in which DNA evidence linked her to the Denny’s assault.

"Ms. Tubbs had several charges in other counties after the juvenile offense but never received any services which both her past behavior and that subsequent to her arrest demonstrates she clearly needs," Gascon said. "After her sentencing in our case, I became aware of extremely troubling statements she made about her case, the resolution of it and the young girl that she harmed."

The recordings, however, were made in November, and sources tell Fox News Digital that prosecutors were well aware of them.

The only "services" Tubbs needs is to have his junk removed with a rusty knife and for the wound to be cauterized.

The protest was organised by the Manchester Trans Rise Up group, which described Women's Place as a 'transphobic hate group'.

Later, Greater Manchester Police said that officers attended as a 'precaution', but no arrests were made.

Police did help move the crowd apart so the Women's Place attendees could leave the building safely.

Activists at the protest said some group were trying 'to push a narrative that trans women are predators' adding that they saw Women's Place's stance on single-sex spaces as 'b*******'.

'We believe Woman's Place UK is trying to make women-only spaces that exclude the existence of trans women,' two attendees told the Manchester Evening News. 'We feel that it’s important to stand up against that.'

Professor David Finkelhor, the director of the Crimes Against Children Research Center, discussed the “elements of voluntary participation” by juveniles involved in sex crimes, according to the Post Millennial. The professor argued that when trying to prevent sex crimes against children, it’s important to recognize that children themselves are sometimes “initiating sexual activities with adults.”

“If young people are initiating sexual activities with adults, or enthusiastically involved, we can’t be effective in working with them if we assume that all such relationships start with a predatory or criminally inclined adult,” Finkelhor said. “As we’ve seen in the discussion, young people bridle at being forced into this box of being seen as being the victim of a predator.”

Finkelhor claimed that discussions about “voluntary” sexual relationships with a minor are controversial because the conversation “to some people, opens the door for ex-offenders to feel like this is something that they can do.”

He also argued that laws on statutory sex crimes and statutory rape need to be made more explicit to avoid confusion. The professor argued that underaged people need to think more about why relationships with older people turn “out to be a problem.”

“Transgenderism” or “gender identity disorder” is based on an actual, rare, psychological condition known as gender dysphoria. No one is sure how many individuals are actually afflicted with the condition. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) — the Bible for psychiatry — estimates that about 0.005% to 0.014% of people assigned male at birth and 0.002% to 0.003% of people assigned female at birth are diagnosable with gender dysphoria.

That’s an extraordinarily small number of people. And yet, according to a 2014 survey, 1.4 million adults identify as transgender. And that survey did not include the parents who are being railroaded into believing their child is transgender by incompetent or politically active teachers, therapists, and psychologists and then allowing the administration of drugs and hormones.

Erica Anderson, a transgender doctor, recently told the Los Angeles Times that the growing acceptance of transgenderism is welcomed but was horrified that even 13-year-old children were getting hormone treatment without ever seeing a psychologist.

“I think it’s gone too far,” said Anderson, who until recently led the US professional society at the forefront of transgender care.
“For a while, we were all happy that society was becoming more accepting and more families than ever were embracing children that were gender variant.
“Now it’s got to the point where there are kids presenting at clinics whose parents say, ‘This just doesn’t make sense,‘” she said.

Anderson is far from the only expert concerned about the radical trajectory transgenderism has taken. In much of Europe, there is rigorous debate among doctors and psychologists who believe “gender-affirming care” for young persons is a hasty response to a social phenomenon rather than an appropriate, data-backed medical treatment.
All of the evidence suggests they are correct. It is not a coincidence that the number of young adults who identify as transgender has increased more than twentyfold over the past several years as transgenderism has become more mainstream. What was once a rare mental affliction — gender dysphoria — is now being sold as a solution to any number of common emotional and social anxieties. The result has been a massive surge in transgender-identifying youths, the vast majority of whom, if given enough time, would snap out of it on their own.

NPR finally catches up on the ‘far-right’ using the homophobic term ‘groomers’​

It’s mid-May, and NPR has finally caught up, reporting that accusations of grooming “are the latest political attack” that has “gained new traction.” We had to check the date on the story to make sure this wasn’t a repost from April, but no, it’s new. And NPR is here to tell us that it’s a homophobic scare tactic used by the far-right.

Mallory McMorrow was stunned when she saw it.
With horror, the Michigan state senator, a Democrat, read an email accusing her of “grooming” children. The email was sent by a fellow senator, Republican Lana Theis, who was soliciting funds from her supporters for her reelection campaign.
In that email, Theis wrote that children are “under assault in our schools” by what she called “progressive mobs trying to steal our children’s innocence.”
And then it got personal.
“She accused me by name of grooming and wanting to sexualize kindergartners,” McMorrow tells NPR. “I mean, my heart absolutely sank.”

So being opposed to a ban on kindergarten teachers leading class discussions on sexual orientation and gender identity” is not wanting to sexualize kindergarteners? We’re confused.

School District Sues Three Middle School Students For Allegedly Using Wrong Pronouns​

“‘Mispronouning’ is also not sexual harassment under Title IX because gender identity is not included within the definition of sex within Title IX,” the letter reads. “In fact, the Department of Education is currently attempting to amend Title IX to add it.”

“None of this warrants accusations of sexual harassment and the serious reputational harm that comes with it,” the letter continues.

WILL Deputy Counsel Luke Berg said that school administrators cannot compel the speech of minors.

“School administrators can’t force minor students to comply with their preferred mode of speaking,” Berg said. “And they certainly shouldn’t be slapping eighth graders with Title IX investigation for what amounts to protected speech. This is a terrible precedent to set, with enormous ramifications.”

The Kiel Area School District did not respond to the Daily Caller’s request for comment.
