Why do you do this? In fact PCB is a big college spring break destination and we get young people from all over, including FSU. The whole idea of spring break is to go somewhere fun and warm(er), not freeze your ass off in Chicago or NYC.

No. Plenty of black kids come here to party and have fun, I see them all the time. But the vast majority of those who come here to shoot each other are black. It's one of those hypothesis or whatever things they teach you in 7th grade: most shooters are black; but most black people are not shooters.
