I'm taking my granddaughter to the American Girl doll store in Tysons Corner on Saturday 11/1/14. Has anybody been to this store? She wants to have her dolls hair did at the salon and have lunch at their café. How expensive is it? How long does it take and most importantly, whats the best way to get there from Chesapeake Beach. TIA.

Lunch is $17pp (unless she is under 4, then it's $7.50)
Doll hair styling is $10-25. That doesn't include any possible extras.

I didn't personally take my daughter, but she had a blast there and came away impressed as did my wife. I don't remember it being super overly expensive. Have fun.

I went to the one in Dallas with my sister and my niece, and it was a damn zoo and very expensive. I couldn't wait to get out of there
