So who believes the story of the boy accusing Paula of doing the naughty? I started to watch the primetime show last night, but I thought he was full of shiat so I just turned it off.

I think given her track record of being hyped up on med's over the past few seasons, I wouldn't put anything past her.

Hard to tell. But I'm sure if you wanted to give them $25 plus $10 S/H they will send you a VHS copy of the episode...

I believe the guy too.

It would be called either American Musician, or Final Cut...
I'll explain.
The season opens with a plethra of bands, and just like american idol, auditions will be staged and a thumbs up or down determines if they go to hollywood or not..
At hollywood, a band will perform, and voters cast votes on each musician.
lets say that band one kicks some serious @ss, but the drummer isn't quite up to par, then the drummer is voted out.
band number two playes and the drummer of that band recieves more votes than the drummer of band one....drummer from band two then goes to band one.
through a process of ellimination, musicians are weeded out and shuffeled around until ultimately, the best musicians end up in the final band...
that band is then given a record deal and then there would be a poll or something to name them...

I like it! They need something new like this now that Idol seems to be taking so much flack.

See ya Scottie Da Boddy. You overstayed your welcome by about 6 weeks.

Leaving us with 4 talented singers. Who are going to exodus in this order:

Next week: Bye Anthony.
Week after: Bye Carrie.
Close call between Vonzelle & Bo, but I see the Vonz pulling it off by a smidge.

:yay:

I do not know what the judges heard that I didn't. I thought Vonzelle and Federov sucked butt.

I am so tired of seeing Paula clap like a seal with flippers..I am also tired of looking at Bo, that hair and scraggly beard. Carrie did great on the first song-sucked on #2. Vonzelle had a total meltdown but had a comeback on #2, Bo just doesn't do it for me and Anthony's voice is fine and I still like him but he's not an Idol. This year is sucking the big one. :ohwell: :ohwell:

10 points for the point on Paula's flippers. However, we must question how a seal would behave if heavily overmedicated. :notworthy

I have 10 speakers in my living room, I hear what's going on.. :patriot: :roflmao:
That's way too many speakers. No wonder your reviews are so off; the sound is distorted due to technological overkill.

I view the show on my black and white Sony Watchman and listen through an ear piece. :yay:

Personally I'd like to see Bo go. I am tired of looking at him. If Vonzell had a meltdown last night, I don't think she's going to make it through. And the Paula, the flipper clapper, was crying.
I don't have a guess:shrug:

I read on a post last night that Vonzell was so upset because her 12 yr. old dog was hit by a car and killed. No idea if this is the truth, but if it is I'm filled with sympathy for her. If it was me, there would be no possibility of pulling it together as well as she did.

I would have waited to share that with her until after the performances. I think that is a coverup for her mental moment.

I agree with most... I'm not a Bo fan, but seeing his grandmother in the audience made me pull for him a little harder on the second song.... I like Vonzelle for the longest time, but last night she was offkey and even forgot the words on her first song -- the judges didn't pick up on it because I can't see either of the three listening to country music to know what the words should of been. I'm really disappointed and I heard she was crying afterwards, but... she just doesn't seem to have any soul lately... Bo... he'll probably go all the way, but I'm pulling for Carri... I like Federof - when he stays focused in a song he's pretty good and has a good voice and hits some good notes. Hate to say it - but I think blond hair and blue eyes will take him to the top too... I'd love to see the send off to one tonight, but I've been watching the Elvis miniseries... why? I havn't a clue - its not like I'm going to see anything new or anything... all I've learned in the two hours sunday night was he wore mascara.

Seacrest finally did something I liked...

I liked how Ryan Seacrest opened the show yesterday. That little twerp finally made me laugh.

Vonzelle - dude, what happened? The second act was pretty good, but holy crap she dropped the ball on the first one.
Bo - Rocked. Both songs.
Carrie - Sucked. Both songs.
Anthony - Did good on both songs.

I would like to point out that the producers of the show should take into account the song choices before they select the order of contestants. Anthony shouldn't have followed Vonzelle's act. He sang a slowish ballad, right after Vonzelle's really good upbeat performance. There was no way to segue to that, and I thought it screwed up the flow of the show.

Maybe I'm just being anal.

All I know is that I enjoyed this week MUCH better now that the "Round Mound of Sound" is a goner.

And I still think Anthony's getting the axe tonight.

wasn't this the first time two people sung the exact same song? I thought that was against the rules??? Will both versions be on the CD

Totally agree with you on this. I usually don't like Anthony but he was pretty good last night.

I think it is a toss up between Anthony and Carrie. Carrie has not been doing very well these last few weeks. She often forgets the words to her songs and mumbles throught. Both her and Vonzelle only seemed to be able to carry of the chourses of their songs on key. The rest was awful.

Bo was great on the second song and so-so on the first. You can tell he really wasn't that into the Travis Tritt song but it was better than than Carrie's Dixie Chicks song and Vonzell's Trisha Yearwood song.
