This is some seriously fascist chit.

Anyway, this is what happens when you work for the government. It seems like a cushy deal....right up until you realize that they own you.

LMFAO - experienced substitute teachers! Experienced in what?!

Mayor Bill de Blasio said during a Thursday press conference that 'thousands and thousands of vaccinated, experienced substitute teachers ready to go' if unvaccinated teachers don't show up for work.

According the all the news stories, experienced in having sex with the students.

I think it's hilarious. NYC won't have nurses, they won't have teachers...still plenty of drug addicts and murderers, though. And their state government will be gutted, so that's a positive. Democrats sure know how to run their cities and states, don't they?

I just don't want those ****ers bugging out and coming down here to screw up Florida. DeSantis should make an executive order that nobody from NY state can move to FL, and shoot all who try to migrate illegally.

Exactly as it should be. Unemployment insurance is for when you lose your job through no fault of your own. You don't get it for what is effectively voluntarily quitting.

And yes, that is precisely what happens when you work for government. Anyone who didn't understand this when choosing the easy way out vs. private employment didn't do their homework.

Mind you, I don't support a vaccine mandate, but nor do I support a gaggle of whining children who KNOW they are wards of the State when choosing government employment over the private sector.

This may finally be the way to drain that swamp Trump wasn't able to. I'd like to see government employment shrink by at least 1/3 due to all of this.

Too bad, so sad, ZERO sympathy.

You realize of course that it isn't only New York.
Sure this fascist woman is a problem there, but this is happening all over.
People are getting fired for not getting the vaccine.
People who bravely worked through the Pandemic without a vaccine.

What a slap in the face to brave workers. The places who fire them do not deserve them.

Please show us one instance of where an employment contract allows the employer to mandate any medical procedure not addressed in your terms of employment. Sure, you can be forced to submit to drug testing because that is in the employee handbook you received but not getting a vax not called out. Now, before you jump on the lame left comment: "But you need vaccinations to travel!" Yep, those are written terms of travel you agree to when you decide to travel. Your CHOICE! This is the beginning of another quagmire of unintended consequences like lawsuits for wrongful termination and questions of Constitutional rights.

Well considering there hasn't been a single challenge to any of these vaccine mandates (at least at the non-federal level) that has been successful, the burden is on you to demonstrate the illegality or unconstitutional nature of said mandates. I'll give you a hint though: it has NOTHING to do with employment contracts.

Why does it not surprise me that you think fascism is exactly as it should be? You all bitch and gripe over mandatory drug testing, yet getting a sketchy vaccination is A-OK with you?

:lmao:

Yikes.

And here it is folks: gaslighting at its absolute pinnacle. And some sweet logical fallacies thrown in for good measure to boot. Shew!

Don'cha know?

Government using force or coercion to control the population isn't fascism... Resisting that force or coercion IS!

That's exactly how they think.

And remember, it's ALWAYS for the GREATER GOOD!

I think you need to look up "gaslighting" so you can use that term properly.

This is what happens when you parrot talking points instead of having your own knowledge.
For a group of people that claim to be Sooooooooooo  Educated and Informed, they really show themselves to be cracked, empty vessels.
