Another one down...

You sound like mans true goddess. You know your gonna be miserable in a relationship and you choose to bow out instead of inflicting the horrible, agonizing pain a man would endure in a relationship with you....you my dear are a true saint!! :buddies: Thank you and God bless.

I appreciate your sarcasm :eyebrow:

Seriously, What's wrong with being single?
You can do:
What you want...
Where you want...
When you want...
How you want...
Why you want...
and most importantly...
Who you want...

In My Opinion
with all due respect,
I would never want a woman that thinks she has to have me, or any man for that matter to make her complete.

I can assure you, my first wife was one that needed the constant assurance from others around her. that didnt work.

Pan Lady is content to live alone if that is what it comes down to. She lets me know this on a regular basis after various pranks gone wrong, then she uses her pan and attempts to make it so.

So, I have been single for a year now (after a 4-year relationship) and have been on more b*llsh*t dates than any girl should ever admit to. I have been fussed at for keeping my guard up, so I finally "let someone in" so to speak. Different than any man I have ever dated in a myriad of ways...also a major age difference (14 years)... yet, still couldn't be happy...I think I am just destined to be single forever.... and that's fine. :coffee: **throws in the towel in regards to dating**
See! You should have gone out with me when I axed you to, woman! :lmao:
Seriously, I've found the same thing although I didn't put up with it for 4 years as you did. Wayyy too long a time IMHO.
Most of the people I meet down here disappoint me. Their lives are soo complicated and require soo much maintenance and so they are jaded because of it. Why let it get to that point?
Sure, I'll keep looking & going out but I have few expectations anymore.
My advice 2 u: Don't keep your guard up, just don't go completely under.
I let myself get in fairly deep sometimes but I always keep one eye above water (so to speak). I always leave myself a way out.
I kinda believe that there are a few good "possibilities" out there still but they're not where most people can find them today. :buddies:

Thank you for the advice :huggy:

I have already been on 2 dates since the break-up and I think that I am just in no mood to get to know anyone romantically right now. When I told one of the guys that, they told me I was a "black widow"... :eyebrow: WTH does that even mean? The last boyfriend (as mentioned in the original paragraph)affected me for some reason.:cds: so I am just going to stop dating for a while and do my own thing... before I get called something else in reference to a spider that bites off her mate's head.:coffee:
