I have no idea what the issue is over there, but they can't seem to do a simple thing.
I've sent a cancellation request in July 2013. I called and cancelled November of 2013.
I thought everything was great, up until I got another statement saying it's a negative balance.
Sent ANOTHER cancellation request today, and e-mailed them to STOP sending me this ####. This is one of those times I'm glad I wrote down all the confirmation and service request numbers.
