I could give an example to how hard life really can be, but it would be a waste of time. :ohwell:

No I do not think it would be....but you have to remember, everyone experience things differently, what may be hard for you, someone else may not think so and what is not so hard to someone may be to another.

I do not know her, I do not place blame on anyone, and I certainly would not want to be in her shoes, or her family's. I cannot bring myself to compare my life to someone elses and expect them to live by what I think is right.

I hope that your life is going well for you now and wish the very best for you and yours.

You have no clue on what I watched my dad go through, and this man went through hell, but yet he didn't take his own life, he died at home.

What about the son she left behind? I don't hear anything about him, now he has no mother. Shame.

Dear Karma Giver,

It is difficult to understand the mind of a person that sees suicide as a choice. If you have never had the torment and pain in your head over a decision like this then you are fortunate. But I will tell you this, there was nothing easy about jumping off that bridge. I wish that she had not done it but I would not say she is selfish. You understand that life is a precious gift. In her moment of pain she made a choice, what's done is done. Positive energy and praying is the most we strangers can do.
Nothing hard about jumping.. the landing was a Beyotch I bet..

His post followed this weeks "accidents" in the county.. We lost a helicopter, there was a commuter bus crash.. and the one he forgot, the plane crash at the airport.

There is nothing in my post that says the otherwise. You are right I would have no idea what you or anyone you cared about went through, that is exactly why I said what I did.
I am so sorry to hear about your dad. My dad suffered horribly and died not too long ago and the pain is still so fresh that it takes everything I got not to cry knowing I would not see him again.

I do remember how brave he was and no matter the pain he went through he faced each day with the best outlook he could and he did not kill himself either. But that has nothing to do with anyone else and what my dad did was his choice and I could not criticize or judge someone else choice.

Again, I am so sorry to hear of your pain and my prayers are with you and your family.

I just don't give excuses for people. Life can not be that bad. IMO

It's called taking the easy way out of life... IMO She didn't even think about her son. That is sad...

Do you think the impact would kill someone or do you think they drowned?
From that height.. I'm GUESSING the impact. Might as well have been a paved road as well as water at that speed.

Maybe, but who knows? I know I don't and I would not want to presume. As far as it being the easy way out I could not tell you.

I am too much of a wuss to take my own life for fear it would hurt to much and I have to much to live for.

Easy way out or not, she died and now her poor family is left to pick up the pieces. I wish them the best and hope to GOD that I never have to go through that myself.

Oh GOD, I hope it was swift. Has anyone ever jumped that bridge and lived?
