I'm a fundamentalist. We seem to do OK. I just won't argue. Used to; doesn't work. Can't make a turnip into a tomato. Can't make an atheist into a Christian unless the Holy Spirit acts and then it is nice to stand back and watch the transformation.

I do ask why you find it necessary to tweak the noses of Christians? Apparently you are looking for an argument. Maybe you are subconsciously looking for a reason to believe. I can see no other reason to post so much in a forum that is called Religion unless you just want to be obnoxious.

Why do you feel the need to hold on to archaic concepts? This is my question to you. Why do you question my intentions? I believe a murderous president and his followers are a menace to humanity. There is nothing to do but watch in horror, this is why.

Nothing archaic about my beliefs. They are as current today as they were when Jesus walked among us. You may think of them as archaic. That does not make them so.

I question your intentions because your posts are made in a forum to irritate those that should be able to find comfort with each other. There are many other forums where you could post what you do and not stomp on the beliefs of anyone. I am certain there must be other boards that are full of atheists that will go rah, rah, hooray for d&f with every post. But no, you must come to a place that was a place of comfort and pleasure for predominately Christians and those that would seriously ask questions and where those that are better versed in the Bible would answer and do your best to make it a pit of disdain and verbal abuse. So not only are your motives in question they are plain.

If you want to talk about the President, then take it to the Politics forum where you will probably be put in with the likes of forest and nanno and some other liberals who's presence are not desired.

You said Jesus is fine with you. Are you a Christian of any sort? You claim that fundamentalists hold to archiac beliefs. But would you say the same thing in Jesus' day, that they held to archiac beliefs because at that time the Law was 1500 years old. If God is the same as He was two thousand years ago, why do you think He need to update His eternal word. He's not a flip flopper, ya know.

Fundamentalism is a new made up religion. I find them offensive, they think they are the only people who beleive in Christ.
The Catholic Church is the One, True, Catholic and Apostolic Church founded by Christ with St. Peter as first Pope. The people who go to these store front church of what's happening now have no roots, they are the seeds that fall on shallow ground. They are people who pick a "church" that tells them what they want to hear.

I like Gnostic Literature, though much of it is flakey and unreliable as everything else written by men in God's name.
