I ran into a guy probably 15 years ago in the parking structure of the IPT building who was riding his motorcycle in the dead of winter. He said they only had one vehicle and that he left it at home in case his wife needed it.

When I was a poor student out in Indiana, I rode an old Yamaha 175 back and forth to school and work throughout the year..rain or shine or 10" of snow. Got used to riding on ice with both feet skimming the ground.

As a kid, we loved taking our dirtbikes (honda75 & kawasaki80) out on the frozen creek and riding this way. And pulling a sled behind us. Hard to believe we are still alive.

yep...exactly like.

And in a body cast that went from my hips to my neck, and with a backpack full of books on the back.

Yup. Used my MotoGuzzi 125 to haul a toboggan thru the woods.
