It was a pretty fun day! I mean, I worked, too, but it was a chill day working for myself at home!
BIG highlight of the day: Thing 2 took me to dinner! For the last several years, he's been working on my birthday. We went to Nonna Angela's Italian Restaurant in Crofton. He had a FF buddy who highly recommended it. We loved it!! The food was delicious and everything was perfect. The style of Italian food there is more on the Neopolitan style, which I love, so my Eggplant Parmigiana was amazing, although Thing2 said mine was better. 
Theirs had one tiny difference on the preparation and it was fine with me, as it was a little lighter than mine. Thing2 has Gnocchi with a Gorgonzola cream sauce and he added meatballs. I want to go back!
For any forumites who are my FB friends - go check out my FB post, I snuck in a pic of Thing 2. He doesn't like me to tag him, much less pose for a picture! I don't think there are many photos newer than 5 yr or more on FB. Go look.
