Bbq pork ribs

Smoker is first choice. Put a rub on the day before. Grill second choice. Cook slow and put sauce on at the very end. Then the oven. If you cook them wrapped in plastic they are greasy though. Put them on a rack and cove with foil. Never tried the slow cooker for bbq ribs.

You'll made me go look it up... looks like it is okay as long as you chose a non-PVC plastic wrap. You poison your family if you chose a plastic wrap that contains PVC...:starcat:

You can get the same results using layers of foil. No plastic required.

marinated mine in pineapple juice, honey and terriyaki for a couple of hours, used a dry rub McCormick makes for ribs, triple wrapped in heavy duty foil, put in a 250 degree oven on an upright rack for 3 hours. Turn the oven off, unwrap ribs, use your preferred bbq sauce and put back in oven for 20 minutes. Damn...now I want ribs:drool:
