Even if you don't work on Pax, you do live and / or work in the area, you need to be aware and exercise vigilance. When I worked up the road after 9/11, the rule was, if you see something say something. That means if you see something out of the norm or someone acting weird, or even think to yourself, well that seems odd, then you should call the authorities (non-emergency line). Yes, it may indeed be nothing, but I think with a credible threat, it is better to be safe than sorry.
