Doc said is was likely my over use of OTC pain meds: Aspirin, Tylenol, Ibuprofen and Aleve.
I have arthritis, tendonitis or bursitis in most every moveable joint.
I been thinking about this, my mom takes Tylenol alot. I been also getting her to use topical rub on menthol, the Walmart brand. It really does my joints and muscles good.

I use BioFreeze in the tube for my knuckles, I was at Family Dollar last year and they had bookoo of them for $6.00 a tube. I bought the whole box.
Its awesome stuff until you rub your eyes after applying it...
I bought one of the new Aleve rollers but have yet to use it.

Never understood the price on Biofreeze, it only has 4% menthol, the icy hot and Walmart version has 16%. Does the Biofreeze version work any better than icy hot? The Walmart roll on tube is in the $3 range btw.

Want to kick it up a notch, put it on, wait 30 mins then hop in a hot shower, you will think you have a chemical burn but the pain will be gone by the time it stops burning.

I like it much better than icy hot. Next time to WM I will pickup some of theirs.
If I leave a tube on my desk it tends to relocate to one of the shop benches.
Burn you say?
Years back I had a few opens on one leg from a chainsaw, I squeezed the first one open and shot it full of New Skin,,, after squeeling like a girl I realized I had two more holes to go..

Thanks...

New skin does burn like a bitch, they make a new no burn formula now.

When it was over and my junk decended, I called my younger sister and when I told her I had two more holes to do.

You have to watch out with tylelol, my cousin had to have a liver transplant from an accidental OD of it. The lethal dose is surprisingly small for how common it is. Eight regular strength along with a cold medicine containing acetaminophen in a day can cause liver failure.

I have heard that Tylenol was linked to liver problems. That makes no sense. We don’t use it. Nothing but aspirin for what ails us. I wonder if it was the beginning of the covid takeover. A “vaccine“ that was sold over the counter to compromise people’s health. Hmmm…
