I have long heeded the warning that Tylenol and alcohol consumption DO NOT go together because of the large increase in the chance of liver damage. Luckily most of my liver damage is moderate alcoholic steatosis.

Aspirin will eat up your stomach. I have an ulcer from taking it so much years ago.

I have found some very good low - no alcohol beers. Heineken, Bitburg and Lagunitas, as well as the old standbys of Clausthaler and O'Douls.

I also bought some extracts that will make club soda taste like whiskey.

It is just menthol and chamfor. Voltatan is Diclofenac, which is a fairly strong NSAID.

I researched that as the Mrs. uses that.
No go, can cause or aggravate ulcers, even though it is topical.

Oh wow, wouldn't have thought that. I'd always heard if you take an NSAID with food it is absorbed in the intestines instead of the stomach and that saves your stomach, guess it just being in the bloodstream does it. I have some diclofenac pills too, they work pretty well for joint pain.

I have been doing that with Mio, and club soda. Non alcohol. Are you doing better, and, home?
