Before I jump

To conclusion....My youngest woke up this morning screaming and crying that that back of his head was hurting him. He couldn't turn his head to the right, but could turn it to the left. He also was in a great deal of pain when I went to sit him up to give him some Tylenol. He screamed and cried....He has gone back to sleep and is sleeping on his back with his face centered. Before I jumped to conclusions do you think he could have just slept wrong?

I think that he may have just slept "wrong". Keep an eye on it. If it's still bothering him later in the day call his doctor. :huggy:

Maybe. Put a heating pad on it.

:yeahthat:

He may have also done something yesterday while playing(or something) and it didn't bother him for a little while

It's like excercising....you don't feel the effects till later on

I am waiting for the doctor to call me back, I am trying to figure out how I would even get him to the doctors, if I try to pick him up he screams and cries because of the pain he is in. I tried to get him to take his chin and touch his chest, but he just wants to sleep.

If it was a little sore before he went to bed, he probably didn't get a lot of sleep and/or restful sleep and then you gave him tylenol

About a month ago while in Walmart he started with a headache so bad that while at the checkout counter he was screaming and crying because of the pain. He turned so white that he was grey and sweat just pouring off him. Got to the van and he :barf: all over the place. Got home gave him Tylenol and later on that night his head starting hurting again. Once again he :barf:. Took him to the docs and head CT done, everything came back fine. If that episode didn't happen I wouldn't be as freaked out as I am now.

Just a little FYI...I started having migraines at 7. That episode at the check out sounds just like the way they would start. Just something to check in to.

Poor little thing. I hope he feels better.

Could be migraines, but I'd also request a spinal tap to rule out meningitis.

I hope he feels better soon, I hate it when my lil guy feels that way.
