The bbq duck pizza at the Duck is pretty awesome (but too small). However, I will say that I don't like "best pizza" topics because it usually comes down to the style of pizza which is very subjective. I know a lot of people like the NY style thin crust, but I prefer deep dish Chicago style. So I will never agree with who has the best pizza when talking to someone who likes NY style.

The Best of the Bayou Pizza
1 lb shrimp, peeled
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 teasp Cajun seasoning
1 tabls olive oil
2/3 cup Roasted Garlic Sauce
12 ready-made pizza crust
1 cp mozzarella
1/4 cup Parmesan
Cook shrimp and veggies in oil with seasoning until shrimp turn pink.
Spread sauce on crust. Top with shrimp and cheese.
Bake 425 for 10 minutes.
Roasted Garlic Sauce
2 heads garlic, unpeeled
1 teasp olive oil
1 1/2 tabls butter
1 1/2 tabls flour
2/3 cup chicken broth
Place garlic on foil, drizzle with oil. Fold foil to seal.
Bake 425 for 30 minutes. Cool.
Melt butter. Cut tops off of garlic and squeeze into butter.
Add flour and cook 1 minute until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
Add chicken broth. Cook until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly.

Actually, I'm pretty much a pizza ho. I love pizza & I love to try all styles of pizza.(although I am not really one for really different and exotic toppings)
